  20. It doesn't cost additional money.  Only the developers kit costs money 
  21. (just as you have to pay for your books, your compilers, and other tools 
  22. if you intend to develop software), users don't pay a cent for it.  As 
  23. for buggy, you're probably basing that on the extremely old demo on 
  24. AmiNte.  We've done a LOT since then.
